SPIRITUALLY
Every morning, I brighten-up my day with a sunshine start. Sending a sincere prayer of thanks to the creator for the countless blessings he has bestowed upon me. It's enlightening to wake-up with God.
Heating up my spiritual breakfast with some inspirational sounds from Kirk Franklin & the Family. Singing humming and clapping to beautiful gospel melodies as I dress completely for a brand new day.
Nourishing my body mind and spirit: Spiritually...walking in faith and fruitfully endorsing love; Mentally...cleansing my mind of immoral and negative thoughts; Physically...working out, eating healthy, and pampering my skin naturally.
I take serious interest in shaping each area daily which keeps me from drifting out of control.
I believe dreams are reachable when you labor toward them. Pursuing the path that's lead by the light reflecting from your yellow brick road.
PERSONAL GROWTH
The word "Optimistic" describes my vision. I foresee greatness toward things by making light of every uncomfortable situation. Always believing within that the best is still to come.
When obstacles come tumbling in my way I embrace the challenge. Taking charge of situations by kicking them back into an optimistic mode. I love the reward victory extends.
"Positive" describes my attitude. I believe attitude makes a big impact on the way we receive and pursue things. The right attitude ninety-pine percent of the time will project a favorable outcome.
Keeping fueled up with joy, happiness, understanding, and prayer is my antidote to a great sense of peace and patience in any life.
When focusing on my personal and professional goals, I execute my very best delivering results. I'm both comfortable and confident with all of my affairs.

NATURAL RADIANT BEAUTY
For beautiful skin natural products are the sure way to go. I use products that have large ingredients of herbs and plant extracts. With these natural ingredients my skin radiates a youthful appearance with a luminous glow.
I cleanse my face twice a day. In the morning I splash cool water on my face for approximately thirty seconds. Then, I allow the water to absorb into my skin never blotting off the excess amount.
Following, I apply a natural astringent directly to my skin from a pump bottle. I enjoy the cool refreshing feeling as the astringent saturates into my skin. During the course of the my day, I reapply squirts of astringent to my face and neck. This step leaves my skin feeling moist smooth and fresh throughout the day.
Occasionally, I will smooth on a thin layer of Vitamin E cream before going outdoors for protection from damages caused by the wind.
At night I believe in pampering my body. When I enter my home after a productive day of work or play, I immediately begin grooming myself for a relaxing state of mind. Gathering all the necessary beauty products I need to bring "me" back to me. I'm convinced that everyone should take 'a time out' at the end of their day to reintroduce "you" to you. It's the perfect closure to a stressful day. It is so calming to soak in a fresh enchanting scent of bath beads and bubbles. While bathing, I usually treat myself to a deep facial. Allowing the treatment to penetrate into my pores Activated by the steamy heat.
I highly recommend Natural Solutions Skin Care Line. I alternate days with the Vegetable Mud Mask and the Papaya Enzyme Peel. Right before bed, I apply Natural Solutions' Replenishing Night Cream. It has antioxidant nutrients such as vitamins C and E that can stop free radicals before they damage cell walls on the skin surface.
There isn't a day that goes by without me implementing this ritual. Every woman should do it! And every man should insist that his lady does it!!
EXERCISE
A good daily work out generates great health and a clear mind. I enjoy brisk walks in the early hours of the day with my dog. We walk full circles approximately ten blocks long at a very rapid pace.
When I desire a thorough leg workout, I ride my bike full strength about forty-five minutes throughout my bike trail.
I love to wash my car solo; it gives my body the bending, stretching, and reaching it needs for a total physical workout.
Aerobic exercises are most rewarding to me. A routine aerobic training conditions the body to process oxygen more efficiently to the working muscles. Over time, this training generates more energy, less fatigue, weight loss and an increased sense of well-being. It's been said that, aerobically fit individuals enjoys weight control, better health, better self-esteem and a lower risk of developing heart disease.
When you feel your best - you are at your best! It's true.
EATING HABITS
A healthy breakfast is a must for the correct kick start to your digestive system. I eat cereal every morning with a side of wheat toast. It's my favorite breakfast meal, not only because it tastes great, but it also has a large percentage of vitamins and minerals my body requires for good health.
I try to eat 5 to 6 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. I never skip lunch, however, I do eat light. When eating light, I eat nutritious. I drink lots of water.
Occasionally, I like to snack. Most of my snacks are planned. This prevents me from over eating. Snacking can hurt you, depending on what you choose and how much you eat. Sweets, chips, soft drinks and excess dairy products are really synonyms for sugar, grease, sodium and fat. All which are X-rated to my diet: Too much of the above will trigger parts of your system to collapse. I'm always reminded of the saying... "You are what you eat from your head down to your feet". That simple phrase keeps me steady on my track when it comes down to eating right.
Just think about it, when you feed your body junk, it performs as junk. Breaking you down, causing an upset stomach, a lazy attitude and faint-like conditions, just to name a few.
On the other hand, if you eat a nice balanced diet you will blossom and grow beautifully.
FAMILY LIFE
I believe in family strongly, as I believe in love. As far as I am concerned, friends are family too. I desire to live in harmony promoting a healthy surrounding at all times. I give constant support to my family in and out of their time of need. When they are searching for some advice, I express words of inspiration from my heart through my poetry. It's my delight to know that my family can count on the friend in me.
If you make a stand for your love ones; chances are you will eventually grow to stand for all.
